You earn points for each purchase you make and some specific actions. For each 1,000 IDR you earn 1 point. When you register your account you also earn 10 points, when you sign up to our newsletter you earn 10 points, and for each product review you write you also earn 10 points each time.
For all our international shoppers you earn 1 point per each 1,000 of your local currency spent. For instance if you order a dress for 200USD$ you will earn 0.2 points.

Once you have accumulated at least 100 points you can redeem your points for discounts on your purchase. 100 points will give you a 2,000 IDR discount and you can apply a point discount to a maximum of 10% of the total purchase value per order.
If you shop in other currencies than IDR, your points will convert so that 1 point are 20 of your currency. Say your 200USD$ order has earned you 0.2 points, you will be able to redeem at the rate of 1 point = 20 USD which means it will give you a 4USD$ discount!

Yes! When you make a purchase, you will see in your cart that you have the option to share roomoomo on Facebook. Once shared this will automatically apply an additional 5% discount on your purchase, valid for one order maximum one per day.

Delivery charges depend on delivery location and number of items you would like to order. Domestic order delivery charges for packing and shipping are 20,000 IDR per product. If the total purchase are more than 5,000,000 IDR we offer free delivery. International delivery varies by location. Please add your desired products to the cart and you will be able to see your delivery charges.

Orders from Indonesia can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Orders from abroad can be paid by PayPal or bank transfer.

Orders within Indonesia should take between 1-3 days, whereas international orders can take considerably longer depending on where you are located.

We take security very seriously. All connections are handled through a secure server and we do not pass on your personal data to anyone.

We process your order to make sure the order has been paid for (that is usually immediate if you pay with credit card, or can take a few days until your bank transfer has cleared into our account). Once processed, the order will be marked complete and you will be notified by email. The order is then shipped to you and you receive a shipping notification.
